How fast does my sender ID get approved? +
Usually within 24 hours. We review your supporting documents, confirm the business is real, and activate the ID across all Tanzanian networks at once.
Do you charge per recipient or per segment? +
Per segment, per recipient. A 160-char GSM-7 message is 1 segment. Longer messages and Unicode (Swahili, emoji) split into multi-segment sends — you're billed for what was actually delivered.
Which Tanzanian networks do you support? +
All of them — Vodacom, Airtel, Tigo, Halotel, TTCL, Smile, Zantel. One sender ID covers every network; we route via a monitored gateway and retry on transient failures.
How do top-ups work? +
You pick a credit pack and enter the phone number to charge. We send a USSD prompt to that phone via Snippe. You enter your PIN and credits land in seconds. Bank transfer is also available — credits are added manually by our team.
How is my data protected? +
KYC and sender-ID documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Every API key can be scoped and IP-allowlisted. All admin actions are written to a tamper-evident audit log.
